This is the website for storeOS, an operating system for e-commerce. It tells you what we are building and lets you join the early access waitlist. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

storeOS is in early access. Joining the waitlist doesn't create an account, doesn't guarantee you a place, and doesn't promise a date. We let people in from the waitlist in small groups, and we will write when it's your turn.

What we offer early access users, and on what terms, will be set out when you're invited. Those terms apply to the product itself and will be shared with you then.

The stores, products, orders and numbers shown on this site are examples of what storeOS is built to do. They are not customer results, and they are not a promise of any outcome for your business. Features may change, arrive later, or not ship.

You're welcome to read it, share it and link to it. Search engines and AI assistants are welcome to read it too. Please don't try to break it, overload it, or get into parts of it that aren't meant to be public. Please give us accurate details when you join the waitlist.

The words, design, pictures and brand on this site belong to storeOS. You may quote small parts with a link back. Please don't copy the site or pass it off as your own.

Names and logos of other companies, including those under "Powered by", belong to their owners. We show them to say who we work with or build on. It does not mean they endorse storeOS.

This site links to, and uses, services run by others, such as our waitlist form (Tally) and social networks. We don't control them, and their own terms and policies apply to your use of them.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, without promises that it will be error-free or always on. To the extent the law allows, storeOS is not liable for losses that come from using this website or relying on what it says.

Nothing here limits any right you have by law that can't be limited.

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the updated terms.
