Privacy Policy

When you join the waitlist: your email address, whether you told us you are an individual or an enterprise, and the date you signed up.

When you just browse the site: standard technical information your browser sends to any website. That includes pages visited, referring page, device and browser type, approximate location from IP address, and how long you spent on the page. We collect this through our analytics provider. We may also use cookies for basic site analytics.

We do not ask for, and this site does not collect, payment information, passwords, or access to any store you run elsewhere. Joining the waitlist does not create a StoreOS account or connect to any platform you use today.

To let you know when it's your turn to try StoreOS, and to send occasional updates about what we're building. We won't sell this list or use it for anything else.

To tell individual sign-ups and enterprise sign-ups apart, so we can invite people into the right experience.

We don't sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run this site and the waitlist (our waitlist form provider, Tally, plus email delivery and analytics providers), anyone we're legally required to share it with, or a future owner of the business if StoreOS is acquired or merged.

This site doesn't set cookies of its own, and it doesn't use advertising or cross-site tracking. The waitlist form is provided by Tally and loads only when you open it; Tally may set its own cookies to run the form. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. We keep your waitlist email until you ask us to delete it, or until it's clear the waitlist is no longer relevant to you. Analytics data is kept for a limited window and then deleted or aggregated so it's no longer tied to you individually.

Unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time using the link in any email we send.

Ask us to delete your data by emailing contact@storeos.in. We will remove your information promptly.

Ask what we hold on you at the same address.

If you're in the EU/UK, you have rights under GDPR to access, correct, restrict, port, or object to how your data is processed. If you're a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know what's collected, request deletion, and opt out of sale or sharing of personal information. We don't sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by that law.

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including encryption in transit and restricted access to the waitlist database. No method of storing or transmitting data online is 100% secure.

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and, for material changes, let waitlist members know by email.
